Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges: In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us, contact us at sales@TheSunlessStore.com so that our customer service department may assist you in the return of our products. We will gladly accept the return of any unsatisfactory product if returned within 7 days of delivery.

Please note the following:

  • All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, even if unused.
  • Customers are required to pay all shipping fees for returning products and provide their own shipping label- return labels are not available. *Be sure to obtain tracking confirmation for your package, we are not responsible for lost packages or responsible for refund if your package is lost.
  • If you return an item shipped with “free shipping,” the original shipping amount will be deducted from the total refund.
  • All opened items void our return policy and cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
  • Product containers must have our protective seal on the top of the container without tampering of any sort.
  • Please note that with our professional spray tan solutions and self tanning products, we recommend trying our samples before purchasing larger containers or quantities of product. Please email sales@TheSunlessStore for a merchandise return authorization number and after authorization is issued, product must be returned within 7 days.


In the event there is an error with your order or you receive a damaged shipment or products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please email sales@TheSunlessStore.com and include your order number, as well as photos of damaged products and packing materials. Items that have been damaged in transit will usually need to be inspected by the carrier, so please retain all packaging materials, the shipping box(es) and damaged items together, for the carrier’s inspection, and so we may successfully file an insurance claim on your behalf and ensure quick resolution.
